Channable

This integration enables you to import your assortment of articles in Channable using either JSON or XML format.

Steps to setup "Channable - Vendisto" connection

Setup in Vendisto

Integrations

Create integration using the Integrations section with the name "Channable", or any other it does not matter. Then, generate a token, which will be used in a later stage when filling the connection information in Channable.

Product feed settings

In the Product feed settings section of Vendisto, you have to create separate settings for each product feed field required by Channable that needs to be mapped to a constant or product property value in Vendisto.

When creating the product feed settings for the fields above, use the field name syntax from the table above as a the setting name.

Except for the fields in the table above that must have a setting created, do not forget to create a setting for the shopurl and the language!

Setup in Channable

1. Create an account in Channable

2. Create a project

3. Inside the project navigate to the "Setup" tab from the sidebar

4. Click the "Setup Import" button

5. Choose the import format, either JSON or XML, and continue

6. Fill in the XML/JSON file url field

   1. The feed urls can be copied from the Feeds section in Vendisto.

      1. JSON feed url - "api-{shopurl}/api/channable/feed/json"

      2. XML feed url - "api-{shopurl}/api/channable/feed/xml"

7. From the drop box on the left choose Authentication header

8. In the text box below specify the Authentication header value -"Bearer {application token}"

9. Press continue

10. Then, you will see the page for mapping the imported feed fields with the one in Channable (optional)

11. In the following screen you should see the imports grid. If the new import does not run automatically, you should press the Run button.

12. After the import has finished, go to the "Items" tab from the navigation bar to see the imported products.

The bearer token can be copied from the application management section in Vendisto/Settings.
